New Class: Summer of Muscles!
Mondays @ 6pm – 60 minutes – Zoom Link will be sent prior to class
July: 12th, 19th, 26th
August: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
$96 for all 8 classes in advance ($12 per class)
$15 per class if you want to pay as you go
All classes will be taped and I will make them available for a whole week, so if you miss the Monday or you want to do the workout a second time later in the week you have that ability. Major bonus value here!
You will need 2 sets of dumbbells to get the most out of the class, something light/medium and something medium/heavy. I’m going to use 6 pounds and 12 pounds for myself while I lead the class, but anything from 4 pounders to 15 pounders should do the trick and if you have more options, bring them all on the first day and see how you feel. You’ll also need an exercise mat or a floor surface you feel comfortable on.
