Instagram Live Class on Monday February 1st @ 12pm: Super-Sets!

If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you may have noticed the mini-workouts I’ve been posting weekly on Sundays. These mini-workouts are two moves meant to be done back to back. Traditionally in workout lingo this is called a “Super-Set”. On Monday, February 1st at 12pm, I’ll be going on Instagram Live and teaching all 4 of January’s “Super-sets” as one total body workout (It should last approx 20-25 minutes) and is meant for anyone who wants to enjoy a total body strength training circuit. The cool thing about Instagram Live is that it records my live session as a post and you can do this workout anytime you want after it airs.
