Join me and a small group of motivated people on a 6 week journey that will whip your butt into shape in the nicest possible way.
6 weeks: April 5th- May 12th
We’ll meet on Zoom Mon/Wed/Fri at 7:15am for 45 minutes of sweaty strength, cardio and flexibility training that will progress in level each week. These workouts will be available for a video replay should you have to miss class.
$260 (18 classes, plus!)
Includes a 30 min. private consult/assessment with Me AND a 30 min. private tune-up session.
There will be a private Facebook group for participants lead by Me to help each other with daily movement motivation and support throughout the 6 weeks.
I want to limit this to 10 people so everyone gets the most out of my training.
