I’m back from my maternity leave and resuming group classes on Tuesday October 5th! Check out the new schedule and please try one!
$10 ZOOM Class Schedule – Starts Tuesday October 5th
New Students, please RSVP prior to attending class for class link and waiver.
 
SIMPLE SWEAT: (no equipment needed)
Tuesday AM – 8-8:45 (45 min)
Thursday AM – 8-8:45 (45 min)
Friday AM -7:15-8 (45 min)
Saturday AM – 9-9:45 (45 min)
Saturday AM – 10-0:45 (45 min. The Show-tunes Class)
 
SIMPLE WEIGHTS: (2 pair of dumbbells recommended)
Wednesday PM – 6:15-7 (45 min)
 
All classes get you sweaty, burn lots of calories, build strength, work on your balance and flexibility and have a very friendly, fun, low pressure vibe. All levels will be appropriately challenged, total beginners are welcome. “REPLAY” classes are available if you miss the live.
