Hey ladies! Are you afraid of heavier weights beca Hey ladies! Are you afraid of heavier weights because you might bulk up? 🏋️‍♀️Well, it doesn’t really work like that. 
To gain bulky muscle you have to do specific training protocols that aren’t likely to be in your standard weight training routine. 💪🏻
Everyday we are lifting heavy things and putting our body under weighted strain and stress. Like this baby👶, for example, he weighs 22 pounds and I’m lugging him around all day. Since I’ve prepared my body with moderate intensity weight training, I’m able to handle the load of this little guy with a minimal amount of effort. 🧘🏼‍♀️
Strength training will not only give you some attractive muscle tone, it will make your daily stresses feel much less stressful. 🌈
